Refund policy

Because Quantum Bottle is a limited early-access product, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The product arrives damaged
• The product is defective upon arrival
• Manufacturing error or incorrect order fulfillment

Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product, including photos or video of the issue.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method after review.

Pre-order deposits are fully refundable until production begins.
