QuBottle ("we", "us") operates qubottle.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or join the Quantum Bottle waitlist, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Email address — only if you choose to join the waitlist. You must tick the consent box before your email is submitted.
• Anonymous usage analytics — we use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics service that does not track you across sites or store personal identifiers.

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not set marketing cookies, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

How we use your email

Your waitlist email is used for one purpose: launch news and early access for the Quantum Bottle (for example, when reservations open and Early Bird pricing becomes available). Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can opt out at any time by emailing support@qubottle.com.

Who processes your data

• Formspree receives and stores waitlist form submissions on our behalf (Formspree privacy policy).
• Vercel hosts this website and provides its anonymous analytics (Vercel privacy policy).
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on this site; your browser requests font files from Google's servers.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist emails until the launch program ends or you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. When you unsubscribe, your address is removed from the active list.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email support@qubottle.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes affecting how we use waitlist emails will be announced to the list before they apply.
